Cloudeity Inc. provides Cloud development environments to individuals and organizations. Every development environment (or “Project Instance”) is physically hosted on individual Virtual Private Server, which runs its own copy of an operating system (OS) and has a unique public IP address. To protect our customers, suppliers, partners and the public at large we collect personally identifying information from users. Cloudeity is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients and employs state of the art authentication and authorization mechanisms.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information and how this personal information can be consulted and corrected when necessary. This policy also explains how cookies are used on our Website.

We collect your personal information in several ways, including when you visit the Cloudeity website or Facebook page, sign up for Cloudeity or a newsletter operated by Cloudeity, download and use Cloudeity mobile applications from Apple iTunes or Google Play, transact with Cloudeity on online shopping platforms such as eBay, or contact Cloudeity by email.

Depending on the circumstances, personal information may include your name, contact information (street address, electronic address, telephone number), unique user identifier on third party platforms (“username”/”alias”) and payment details (credit card or PayPal).
